A Psychedelic Bitch Slap: Host Emilee Saldaya’s Recent Freebirth

This week on the show I am finally bringing you the birth story of my son, Sawyer.

I share the psychedelic journey that quite honestly, kicked my ass. This episode takes you from the start of my labor, which began with the pulsing of gorgeous mandalas in my third eye and takes you through the rather funny and oh-so-intense six hours of my mind-bending excruciating birth that left me flopped over some pillows like a dead fish begging god to just take me.

The story ends with us happily snuggled in bed as a family of four, well five — my mom was there, and will pick up next week as I take you through my first 40 days of my postpartum, the highs, the lows, the mistakes and the epic joy.
