Today on the show, we have a rather unique story: a solo mother who chose to freebirth entirely alone. Jenni is a first-time mom who knew freebirth was her path right from the start. After a simple and integrated wild pregnancy, Jenni birthed her daughter completely alone in her garden in just a few hours, start to finish!
In this episode, we talk about how Jenni's mental fortitude through years of yoga, meditation, and solo hiking set her up to experience what birth could be like for ALL women who claim what they want in their pregnancies and births.
